Degen. Motion by Outhouse/Hanlin to approve the agenda. All ayes. Public Hearing held at 7:00 p.m. for amending Zoning Ordinance #97. No written or oral objections. Hearing closed. Motion by Kluender/Degen to approve Resolution 24-03-26 –Review Zoning Ordinance #261 –Amend Ordinance #97 & waive 2nd & 3rd addition readings. All ayes. Motion by Hanlin/Bubke to adopt Ordinance #261, amend zoning ordinance #97. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Degen for April 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. for public hearing for 2024-2025 budget adoption. All ayes. Motion by Bubke/Hanlin to approve building permit application of Dollar General. All ayes Motion by Degen/Hanlin to approve building permit application of Heath Whitenack –Shed. All ayes. Motion by Outhouse/Kluender to approve building permit application of Phyllis Sedore –Shed. All ayes Motion by Outhouse/Hanlin to approve building permit application of Tim Bubke –Deck replacement/Sidewalk. Motion by Kluender/Hanlin to rescind March 11, 2024 approval for Day Door Company bid. Bonnie bid was accepted due to door opener availability. All ayes.
