SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING Friday, September 22, 2023 – City Hall 7:30pm The Ute City Council met with Mayor Richard Hageman in special, open session on September 22, 2023. Council Members present: Becky Miller, Ryan Pithan, Jimmy Carlson, Matt Leitz, Josh Gotto. Also present: Acting City Clerk Megan Peitsch. The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm. Motion by JCarlson/Pithan to approve the agenda. All ayes. MC Motion by Pithan/Gotto to approve the termination of Leah Schwery from City of Ute employment. All Ayes. MC Motion by Leitz/Pithan to approve the mayor to sign the termination letter to be sent to Leah Schwery via certified mail. All ayes. MC Motion by Gotto/Pithan to authorize the Mayor, Mayor-Pro-Tem, and City Clerk as authorized signers on the UBI construction loan account. All ayes. MC Motion by Leitz/Gotto to adjourn. All Ayes.
