Mapleton Municipal Utility – Mapleton, Iowa September 13, 2022 The regular meeting of the Mapleton Municipal Electric board was held September 13, 2022, 12:00 noon at the City Hall council chambers. Present were Jim Else, Daniel Comes and Chris Blake. Employees present was Karla Uhl, Teresa Steinhoff, Nate LeFebvre and Jayden McFarland. Also present was Mayor Brent Streck. Motion by Chris Blake second by Daniel Comes to approve minutes from the previous meetings and payment of bills as presented. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion by Chris Blake, second by Daniel Comes to purchase tool boxes for the pickup at $7,345.00. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion by Chris Blake, second by Daniel Comes to continue membership with ISEP for safety training. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Next meeting will be October 11. Meeting adjourned. ATTEST Karla K.
