Opening of Meeting President Wimmer called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and declared a quorum II. Communications A. Public Forum - a board member shared a resident’s concern for the need for a before and after school program. Mr. Thelander will look into this. B. Correspondence - none C. Presentation of Proposed School Calendar for 2023-2024 School Year - this will be discussed later in the meeting and the hearing for it has been moved to March. III. Action Items Employee Resignations/Hiring/Contract Modifications Streck moved and Kennedy seconded to approve the contracts for Rachel Kenny and Kelsey Burger, Assistant Track and Field Coaches and Jordyn Lowe to serve as a volunteer assistant track and field coach this spring. 5 ayes. Drivers’ Education 2024 - Kennedy moved and Streck seconded to approve contracts for Jody Walsh as lead instructor for this summer’s drivers education program and Brian Smeltzer as a driving instructor in the program; and to keep the fee the same as last year. 5 ayes.
