City of Ute SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING Wednesday, April 3, 2024 – City Hall 6:30 p.m. The Ute City Council met with Mayor Henschen in special, open session on Wednesday, January 10 at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall with the following council members present: Jimmy Carlson, Josh Gotto, Sue Kelm, Matt Leitz, Ryan Pithan. Also Present: City Clerk Megan Peitsch. The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm by Mayor Henchen. Motion by Pithan/Kelm to approve the agenda. All Ayes. MC Motion by Pithan/Gotto to set the Budget Heating Adoption Public Hearing date for Monday April 22, 2024 at 6pm and direct the Clerk to publish the notice. All Ayes.
