City of Ute SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING FOR TAX LEVY Wednesday, April 3, 2024 – City Hall 6:00 p.m. The Ute City Council met with Mayor Henschen in special, open session for a Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY25 Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 3 at 6pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall with the following council members present: Jimmy Carlson, Josh Gotto, Sue Kelm, Matt Leitz, Ryan Pithan. Also Present: City Clerk Megan Peitsch. The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor Henchen. Motion by JCarlson/Kelm to approve the agenda. All Ayes. MC Motion by Gotto/Leitz to open the pubic hearing on the proposed property tax levy for FY25 at 6:00pm. All Ayes. MC Upon which, Mayor Henschen opened the public hearing. No written correspondence had been received. The Public Hearing was left open for 15 minutes to allow for members of the public to be able to arrive to the meeting. No comments were made and no public was in attendance. Motion by Gotto/JCarlson to close the public hearing. All Ayes.
