City of Ute SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING Sunday, April 30, 2023 – City Hall 1:00 p.m. The Ute City Council met with Mayor Richard Hageman in special, open session on April 30, 2023. Council members present were Josh Gotto, Matt Leitz, Jimmy Carlson, Ryan Pithan. Absent: Becky Miller. Motion by Gotto/Carlson to approve the agenda. All Ayes, MC. Motion by Pithan/Carlson to approve Resolution 2023-17 Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget. The roll was called and the vote was: Ayes: Gotto, Carlson, Leitz, Pithan. Nays: None. Mayor declared the measure duly adopted. Motion by Gotto/Carlson to adjourn. All Ayes. MC Meeting adjourned at 1:15pm. MP11-30-23
