City of Ute SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING Monday, June 26, 2023 – City Hall 6:00 p.m. The Ute City Council met with Mayor Richard Hageman in special, open session on June 26, 2023. Council members present: Becky Miller, Matt Leitz, Jimmy Carlson. Absent: Ryan Pithan, Josh Gotto. Also present: City Clerk Leah Schwery. Motion by Miller/JCarlson to approve the agenda. All Ayes, MC. 6:00pm – Mayor Hageman opened the Public Hearing on the matter of the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget. Council Member Jimmy Carlson introduced Resolution 2023-21 – Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget and moved that it be adopted. Council Member Becky Miller seconded the motion to adopt. The roll was called and the vote was: Ayes: Miller, JCarlson, Leitz. Nays: None. Absent: Miller, Pithan. Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted. Mayor declared the hearing on the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget to be closed at 6:02pm. Motion by Leitz/Miller to adjourn. All Ayes. Meeting adjourned at 6:02pm.
