City of Ute EMERGENCY COUNCIL MEETING Wednesday, September 19, 2023 – City Hall 8:15pm The Ute City Council met with Mayor Pro-Tem Becky Miller in emergency, open session on September 19, 2023 and called to order at 8:22pm. Council Members present: Ryan Pithan, Jimmy Carlson, Matt Leitz, Josh Gotto. Absent: Jimmy Carlson, Mayor Richard Hageman. Also present: Acting City Clerk Megan Peitsch Motion by Pithan/Gotto to approve the agenda. All ayes. MC Motion by Gotto/Leitz to approve the liquor licenses for Ada J’s Steakhouse, Ute VFW, and Sparetime. All Ayes. MC Motion by Leitz/Gotto to adjourn. All Ayes. MC.
