Charter Oak-Ute Community School Board Of Directors Regular Meeting December 20, 2022 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Schultz, McAndrews, Weed, Klinker, Goslar, Superintendent Eggeling and Secretary Carstens present. President Weed called the meeting to order 5:00 p.m. It was moved by Schultz, seconded by McAndrews to approve the regular meeting. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Goslar to approve the consent items. Ayes all. Motion carried. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting on December 20, 2022 Approval of the all Financial Reports Approval of all Invoices for Payments Superintendent Eggeling discussed the technology grant, ESSA designation, certificate of need, projects, buses, concerts, JH wrestling and snow day make up day January 16, 2023. It was moved by Schultz, seconded by McAndrews to approve the SBRC application for modified allowable growth for AT/Risk Dropout of $53,225. Roll call vote: Director Klinker – Aye, Director McAndrews- Aye, Director Schultz-Aye and Director Weed- Aye. Absent- Goslar. Motion carried. It was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Klinker to open board policy 403.7 and consider this the first reading with provisions calling for 15 years of service, the age of 60 and a payment of single health and dental until Medicare age. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was my moved by Schultz, seconded by Klinker to set January board meeting to January 9, 2023 at 4:30 pm in Charter Oak-Ute Library. Ayes all. Motion carried. The board discussed future agenda items. There being no further business it was moved by McAndrews, seconded by Schultz to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried.
