Charter Oak City Council Work Session Minutes January 8, 2024 The Charter Oak City Council met in a work session with the Charter Oak Fire Department on January 8, 2024. Mayor Peggy Staley called the work session to order at 6:00 pm. Members present were Alec Castillo, Tracy Helmhold and Nathan Mohr. Others in attendance were Chief Kyle Miller, Assistant Chief Jake Hopp, Colton Thoreson, Zach Loftus, Ashley Mohr, Lindsey Schnoor. Members absent were Russ Maack and Ben Heyne. Members of the fire department and city council discussed the budget process. Motion Mohr/Castillo to adjourn at 7:10 pm. All ayes. Motion carried.
