SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING FOR TAX LEVY March 26, 2026 – City Hall 6:00pm – Thursday The Ute City Council met with Mayor Henschen in special, open session for the Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY27 Public Hearing on Thursday, March 26 at 6pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall with the following council members present: Josh Gotto, Matt Leitz, Ryan Pithan. Absent: Jimmy Carlson, Sue Kelm. Also Present: City Clerk Megan Peitsch, Resident Denise Dunahoo The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor Henschen. Motion by Pithan/Gotto to approve the agenda. All Ayes. MC Mayor Henschen declared this the time and place for the public hearing on the Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY27 and opened the public hearing at 6:00pm. No written correspondence or verbal comments had been received. No comments were made by public in attendance. City Clerk Peitsch gave an explanation of the Property Tax Notice Motion by Gotto/Leitz to close the public hearing. All Ayes. MC Upon which, Mayor Henschen closed the public hearing at 6:08pm.
