All ayes. Discussed & reviewed bids for SRF Sponsored Clean Water Project (Golf Course Cementing Forebays). No action will be take tonight & will discuss again next council meeting. Letters will be sent informing residents of city ordinance regarding sump pumps draining into the sanitary sewer. Motion by Outhouse/Hanlin to approve DOT speed study recommendation & speed feedback offering. All ayes. Motion by Degen/Bubke to approve ISG Utility GIS Mapping proposal. All ayes.
