Zach will go over the plan at next Council Meeting, March 9th. Region XII COG will review previous engineer plan’s for the city’s water lines for grant applications. Motion by Degen/Hanlin to approve Resolution 26-02-09 –Review Ordinance #264 –Amend water rates & approve waiving of two additional readings. All ayes. Motion by Hanlin/Kluender to adopt Ordinance #264 amending water rates to $5.75 per 1,000 gallons of water used & water main/service line replacement to $5.00. All ayes. Motion by Hanlin/Degen to approve Resolution 26-02-09A increasing garbage fee to $18.50 per month. All ayes. Citywide Clean Up will be decided at next Council Meeting, March 9th. Motion by Kluender/Hanlin to approve Clerk/Treasurer Reports. All ayes. Motion by Kluender/Hanlin to adjourn at 7:54 p.m. All ayes.
