Monona County Sanitary Landfill Agency Regular Board Meeting July 15th, 2025 Chairman Keith Zediker called the meeting to order at 9:28 a.m. Present: Keith Zediker, Kirk Rose, Becky Miller, Ryan Clark, Charles Persinger, Manager Logan Persinger, Secretary/Board Secretary Amanda Yanak, Beau Hupke from Hoffman Agency Beau Hupke from Hoffman Agency presented the insurance renewal. R. Clark made a motion to accept the insurance renewal. C. Persinger seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. No further discussion. B. Hupke left the meeting at 9:47 a.m. Approval of Minutes: Board meeting minutes from June 10th, 2025 were presented by A. Yanak. B. Miller made a motion to accept the minutes. K. Rose seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. No further discussion. Treasurer’s Report: A. Yanak presented the expenditures and CD’s were reviewed. In June, expenditures equaled $71,291.78 and deposits equaled $116,195.67. C. Persinger made a motion to accept the financial statement and CD’s. B. Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Secretary’s Report: A. Yanak presented Schroer and Associates contract for the years ending June 30, 2025, 2026, and 2027 at $5,000 per year. R. Clark made a motion to accept Schroer and Associates contract. C. Persinger seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. No further discussion. Manager’s Report: L. Persinger stated the mini split was having issues and DeRocher Heating and Cooling came in and cleaned the mini split. There have been no issues and the mini split is working well. L. Persinger stated we have a few lights out in the main building. WIPCO has ordered the lights and is coming in to replace the lights. L. Persinger stated he would like chains on the garage doors.
