Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Schleswig Community School District December 1, 2025 Call to Order: President Gurney called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Members Present: Rachel Jacobsen, Jason Schneider Absent: Cindy March, Danette Miller Administration: Kim Buryanek, Superintendent Dr. Kim Buryanek was appointed Secretary Pro-Tem. Consent Items – Jason Schneider moved, seconded by Rachel Jacobsen to approve the consent item (agenda). Motion carried 3-0. Public Hearing on Elementary School HVAC System Replacement Project – The public hearing was opened at 5:31 pm with no oral or written comments received. The public hearing was closed at 5:32 pm. Resolution to Award a Contract for the Schleswig Elementary School HVAC System Replacement Project – Jason Schneider moved, seconded by Rachel Jacobsen to accept the bid from Graves Construction in the amount of $1,204,280.00.
