Approve Proposed Plans, Specifications, and Proposed Form of Contract for Elementary School HVAC System Replacement Project – Jason Schneider moved, second by Danette Miller approve the plan as presented. Motion carried 3-0. b.) Set Bid Time, Date, and Location of the Elementary School HVAC System Replacement Project for 3:30 pm, Tuesday, November 25, 2025 in the Conference Room at Schleswig Schools – Jason Schneider moved, second by Danette Miller to set the bid meeting as presented. Motion carried 3-0. c.) Set Public Hearing on Elementary School HVAC System Replacement Project for 5:30 pm, Monday, December 1, 2025 in the Conference Room at Schleswig Schools – Jason Schneider moved, second by Danette Miller to set the public hearing as presented. Motion carried 3-0. d.) Set Special Board Meeting on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the Conference Room at Schleswig Schools – Jason Schneider moved, second by Danette Miller to set the special board meeting as presented.
