Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Schleswig Community School District March 20, 2025 Call to Order: President Gurney called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. Members Present: Cindy March, Rachel Jacobsen Absent: Jason Schneider, Danette Miller Administration: Kim Buryanek, Superintendent; Andrea Gurney, Principal; Mallory Meyer, Business Manager/Board Secretary Superintendent Report Presentation by Travis Squires from Piper Sandler & Co – The Board discussed various financing options with Travis Squires for the HVAC project including borrowing against Sales Tax funds with different payment terms. The Board will evaluate proposals for the project at the April 14 regular board meeting. Adjournment-There being no further business to come before the Board for consideration at this time, the meeting was adjourned at 6:32 pm.
