Present were Jim Else, Daniel Comes and Chris Blake. Employee present was Karla Uhl. Motion by Chris Blake, second by Daniel Comes to approve passage of Resolution Authorizing Property Purchase and signing of real estate contracts. Ayes: Jim Else, Chris Blake, Daniel Comes.
