Mapleton Municipal Utility – Mapleton, Iowa August 7, 2025 The regular meeting of the Mapleton Municipal Electric board was held August 7, 2025, 12:00 noon at the City Hall council chambers. Present were Jim Else, Daniel Comes and Chris Blake. Employees present were Karla Uhl, Nate LeFebvre, Teresa Steinhoff and Jayden McFarland. Motion by Dan Comes second by Chris Blake to approve paying the bills as presented, accepting the profit and loss report and the minutes from the previous meeting. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion by Chris Blake, second by Daniel Comes to adopt Resolution approving 2025 Electric Transmission and Distribution Model Inspection and Maintenance Program and file with the Iowa Utilities Commission. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Motion by Chris Blake, second by Daniel Comes to approve the board meeting pay to $75.00 per meeting effective July 1, 2025. Ayes: All. Motion carried. Next meeting will be September 9, 2025 1:00 p.m. with a Mapleton Communications Board meeting the same day at noon. Meeting adjourned at 1:14 p.m. Next meeting will be September 9, 2025.
