MAPLE VALLEY-ANTHON OTO COMMUNITY SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING Thursday, February 19th, 2026 7:00 PM Boardroom, Central Office, Mapleton Present: Wimmer, Streck, Paulsen, Hamann, and Wimmer via ZOOM Absent: None I. Opening of Meeting – President Wimmer called the meeting to order and declared a quorum at 7:02pm. II. Communications - none III. Closed Session under 21.5(1)(a)- To review or discuss records authorized by state or federal law to be kept confidential. IV. Action Items A. Consideration and action on personnel resignation agreement - Paulsen moved and Schram seconded to table the closed session and action to a future date. 5 ayes. Motion carried. B. Approval of At-Risk/Dropout Prevention Plan – Motion by Hamann to approve the At-Risk Dropout Plan for the 2026-2027 school year. Seconded by Streck. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Wimmer, Streck, Paulsen, Hamann, and Schram. Nays: none. Motion carried. C. Approval of At-Risk/Dropout Prevention Budget - Motion by Paulsen to approve the request to the School Budget Review Committee (SBRC) for the Modified Supplemental Amount (MSA) in the amount of $215,673, for the 2026-2027 At Risk/Dropout Plan. Seconded by Schram. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Wimmer, Streck, Paulsen, Hamann, and Schram. Nays: none. Motion carried. V. Adjourn- President Wimmer adjourned the meeting at 7:08pm.
