MAPLE VALLEY-ANTHON OTO COMMUNITY SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING Monday, February 23rd, 2026 Boardroom, Central Office, Mapleton 7:30 PM Present: Wimmer, Streck, Paulsen, Hamann, and Schram Absent: None AGENDA: I. Opening of Meeting – President Wimmer declared a quorum and called the meeting to order at 7:42pm. Paulsen moved and Hamann seconded to go into Closed Session under Iowa Code21.5(1)(a)- To review or discuss records authorized by state or federal law to be kept confidential. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Wimmer, Streck, Paulsen, Hamann, and Schram. Nays: none. Motion carried. The board entered closed session at 7:42pm. Hamann moved and Schram seconded to come out of closed session. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Wimmer, Streck, Paulsen, Hamann, and Schram. Nays: none. Motion carried. The board came out of closed session at 8:05pm. II. Action Item A. Consideration and action on personnel resignation agreement - Paulsen moved and Schram seconded to approve the personnel resignation agreement for William Collins. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Wimmer, Streck, Paulsen, Hamann, and Schram. Nays: none. Motion carried. III. Adjourn – President Wimmer adjourned the meeting at 8:06pm.
