Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Web Policy Group Meeting Minutes Thursday, October 23, 2025, 11:00 AM Treasurer Leadership – AmericInn by Wyndham Hampton, Conference Center, Hampton, IA Roll Call:  Present Members were Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Amy Picray, Alise Snyder, Barb Vance, Beth Gerlach, Carolyn Blum, Chad Murray, Danelle Haberman, Linda Manwarren, Nikki Fessler, Mark Myers, Robin Jamison, Shelly Sitzman, and Ted Rasmusson. No ITAT Liaison was present. Minutes from May 13, 2025 Web Policy Meeting was approved with a motion by Robin, second by Amy, all ayes. Enhancements updates for FY 2026: Pending web enhancements: 1. Add fields for valuation for current tax year and future tax year for scheduled pmts. – 8 estimated hours – waiting on information from Solutions and Tyler software vendors. 2. Add a Vendor/Partner tab on website – 20 estimated hours 3. Enhance reporting criteria for escrow companies for specific parcels – Would need information from Solutions and Tyler software vendors. Completed web enhancements: 1. Automatic treasurer duties calendar reminders emailed 2. Enhance the search criteria to include receipt number in addition to parcel number – 5 estimated hours 3. Develop a survey link (like Survey Monkey) 4. Enhancement for customers to verify/review parcels current mailing address when an online payment is completed, similar to the MV side.  5. Enhance the Library/Knowledge documents to have “preview document” instead of “download” to prevent unnecessary files accumulating on the PCs download folder taking up unnecessary space. (For PDF we can make them show in a tab. For other types they have to be downloaded.) New web enhancements: 1. The ability to schedule semi-annual payments with the customers’ choice of dates and not just the last day of the month. Motion by Barb to approve the enhancement, seconded by Carolyn, all ayes. 2. Executive Board would like to be able to have a tab for ISCTA dues, similar to the current meeting registration. Motion by Beth to approve the enhancement, seconded by Ted, all ayes. 3. Request to change the expiration date for drainage payments to reflect the expiration date of the payment and not default to taxes. Motion by Ted to table enhancement to conduct further research, seconded by Danelle, all ayes. Other Items: Reviewed ICTEA Meal & Motel Policy and how to file a reimbursement claim on website.
