Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Membership Meeting Minutes Thursday, May 14, 2026, 1:00 PM – Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf, Scott County, IA Roll Call: 57 counties present. Minutes from March 12, 2026, were approved with motion by Jake Hanson, Worth County, second by Machel Eichmeier, Hardin County, all ayes. Financial Report: Financial report presented. FY2026-2027 Budget: Fiscal year 2027 budget was presented. Motion to approve the budget by Christine Edmundson Long, Keokuk County, second by Michaela Bigaouette, Marion County, all ayes. RFP Update: RFP progress, timeline, and collaborators were presented. Briefly reviewed the history of ICTEA. Catalis Update: Presented Catalis’ root cause statement from the scheduled payments error on March 31, 2026. ADA Compliance: Presented Department of Justice extended ADA Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for public entities. With the assistance of Catalis, ICTEA Board is working toward a more unified look by updating the look of all counties’ web pages. Enhancements: In progress and new web enhancements were presented. Web Policy Group Members: Web Policy Members done with their term on June 30, 2026, are Alise Snyder, Fremont County. Incoming Web Policy Members are Mark Myers, Jefferson County, Carolyn Blum, Shelby County, and Traci Riessen, Ida County, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030. Due to the RFP process of a new website vendor, the Web Policy Group did not meet as usual this May but will meet in October at Leadership. Nomination for ICTEA Board: Retirement of ICTEA Board member Mark Myers, Jefferson County, effective June 30, 2026. The ICTEA Nomination Committee brought forth Danelle Haberman, Buena Vista County. Call for nominations from the floor were asked three times. Motion to cease nominations by Amy Picray, Jones County, seconded by Kelly Busch, Union County, all ayes. Motion to appoint Danelle Haberman, Buena Vista County, as ICTEA Board member by Christine Edmundson Long, Keokuk County, second by Sheri Neddermeyer, Crawford County, all ayes. Installation of ICTEA Board member Danelle Haberman, Buena Vista County, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. Other Business: Thanked Amy Johnson, Pocahontas County, for her dedication and service to ICTEA by serving as Board President.
