Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Membership Meeting Minutes Thursday, March 12, 2026 – 3:30 PM, Veterans Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center Roll Call: 61 counties present. Minutes from August 22, 2025, were approved with motion by Machel Eichmeier, Hardin County, second by Hanna Gwinn, Lucas County, all ayes. Financial Report: Financial report presented. FY2025 Audit: Fiscal year 2025 audit findings were presented. RFP Update: RFP progress, plan, and collaborators was presented. ADA Compliance: Presented Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the steps moving forward to meet compliance deadline of April 30, 2026, with the assistance of Catalis. Enhancements: Completed, in progress, and new web enhancements were presented. Discussion and explanation followed about auto reimburse returned payments. Motion by Jeff Garrett, Washington County, for all Counties to enroll in auto reimburse unless a notice in writing is submitted and approved by the ICTEA Board, seconded by Dustin Johnson, Clinton County, all ayes.
