Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Membership Meeting Minutes Thursday August 21, 2025 – 4:00 PM, Veterans Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center Roll Call: 51 counties present. Minutes from May 16, 2025 were approved with motion by Adam - Bremer County, second by Carolyn - Shelby County, all ayes. Treasurer’s Report: Financial report presented. Interest Disbursement: Shelly is in the final stages of preparing the interest distribution to membership. Funds will be distributed to counties this month. Future Enhancements: Amy reviewed the web enhancements that have been completed and those that are still in progress. The Web Policy Group will be considering website enhancements at October Leadership. Members were asked to submit their enhancement requests to the board. ICTEA Playbook: Shelly reviewed the instructions found in the ICTEA Playbook on how to upload your tax statements to the website for taxpayers to view.
