Minutes from March 13, 2025 were approved with motion by Shelly Sitzman Plymouth County, second by Tina Bertrand Woodbury County, all ayes. FY 2026 Budget: Fiscal year 2026 budget presented. ICTEA Board: Retirement of ICTEA Board member Barb Vance Scott County effective June 30, 2025. Installation of ICTEA Board member Shelly Sitzman Plymouth County effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030. Web Policy Group Members: Web Policy Members done with their term on June 30, 2025, are Dan Zomermaand Sioux County, Dustin Johnson Clinton County, and Kristen McCombs Marion County. Incoming Web Policy Members are Barb Vance Scott County, Dan Zomermaand Sioux County, and Lynda Hintzman Black Hawk County effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029. DOT Modernization Impact: Continued impact of DOT Modernization, aka MVD360. ICTEA and ITAT are working together to navigate through the potential negative impact of MVD360.
