Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, March 4, 2026, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, Ted Rasmussen, and Linda Manwarren Minutes from Feb. 18, 2026, Board Meeting were approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Abby, all ayes. Treasurer’s Report: The ending balance as of March 3, 2026, was $1,073,373.00, which includes the IPAIT account. Motion to approve by Shelly, seconded by Abby. All ayes. Motion carried. Catalis: -Tax Sale Bidder Info/Subs Payment updates – no update -ADA requirements – Catalis is working on but no further updates. Linda received all responses to our request for information for the new web homepages. DOT Modernization updates: Ted reported that DOT is looking at submitting legislation next session to have Driver’s License funds mimic how Motor Vehicle funds are handled to ease accounting. RFP Update: No update in regard to reviewing and providing feedback from Drake University Legal Clinic students, Nicholas DeAngelo and Matthew Clarke. Discussion of RFP Committee members and future need of legal counsel. Web Policy – ITAT reps, new members: ITAT representatives are Michelle Sims, Iowa County, and Tracy Houdeshell, Linn County. Shelly motioned Mark Myers, Jefferson County, Traci Riessen, Ida County, and Carolyn Blum, Shelby County to the ICTEA Web Policy Group as members for a 4-year term, effective July 1, 2026, seconded by Ted. All ayes. Motion carried. Discussion of possible recruitment of ICTEA Board Member followed. New Board Member: Ted reported no volunteers have stepped up. Mark is going to reach out to Nikki Fessler, Cerro Gordo County, and Chad Murray, Franklin County.
