Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, April 1, 2026, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, Ted Rasmusson, and Linda Manwarren Minutes from March 25, 2026, Board Meeting were approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Beth, all ayes. Catalis: Renee Valk (VP of Catalis Operations) and Amber Mayne (Catalis Director of Customer Support) were available to discuss why some payments scheduled for withdrawal on March 31 were not processed as expected. As of this morning, April 1, the scheduled payments are planning to be withdrawn, including interest. Treasurers are receiving numerous calls from taxpayers about the interest and late withdrawal. More to come as the issues are discovered resolutions provided. Treasurer’s Report: The ending balance as of April 1, 2026, was $1,122,721.37, which includes the IPAIT account. Motion to approve by Shelly, seconded by Ted. All ayes. Motion carried. Checks Written: EFT Debits & Transfers: Catalis, Monthly Payment, 53,837.00 Deposits & Transfers: Corelogic, Escrow Payment, 56,890.50 Interest, Operating Acct., 201.48 Merchant Services: Discussion of full payment vs partial approval feature. Board discussed requirements for all transactions to be for the full payment amount across membership. RFP Update: The RFP was posted to the ISAC county website on March 24, 2025, no further update.
