Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, Ted Rasmussen, Linda Manwarren, with guests Joel Rohne, Eric Guth, and Brad Holtan, all from ISAC IT Minutes from January 21, 2026 Board Meeting were approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Abby, all ayes. ISAC Consultant: Discussion was held with Joel Rohne, Eric Guth, and Brad Holtan regarding the previously referenced RFP and further understanding of the ICTEA Board needs in the new RFP. Treasurer’s Report: The ending balance as of February 3, 2026, was $1,120,647.10, which includes the IPAIT account. Motion to approve by Shelly, seconded by Abby. All ayes. Motion carried. Checks Written: EFT Debits and Transfers: Catalis, Monthly Payment, 53,837.00 Deposits and Transfers: Interest, Operating Acct, 254.20 Interest, Adjustment, 0.01 Interest, Merch Acct, 426.06 Interest, Adjustment, 0.03 Interest, Clearing Acct, 1,504.31 Merchant Services: Reviewed December 2025 audit report from Anita, PTMA. Catalis: Linda reported that she is waiting for 49 responses from Counties for website ADA requirements. -Tax Sale Bidder Info/Subs Payment updates – no update -ADA requirements – Catalis is working on but no further updates DOT Modernization updates: DOT statewide scheduling began January 20, 2026. The DOT will focus on drivers license software programming for the time being. Other Items: Discussion of recruitment for the upcoming transition of roles in ICTEA Board and Web Policy Member. Ted will work on recruitment and report back to the Board.
