Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Linda Manwarren, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, and Ted Rasmusson Minutes from October 29, 2025 Board Meeting was approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Beth, all ayes. ITAT: Don Lewis with Iowa Tax and Tags (ITAT) was present to discuss the ACH/eCheck verification process and the handling of returned items. Discover Card Settlement: The Board discussed eligibility to file a Discover Card Settlement claim on behalf of ICTEA and members. ICTEA has not received a Claim Form in the mail and will seek guidance from legal counsel. Treasurer’s Report: The ending balance as of November 10, 2025, was $1,272,666.77, which includes the IPAIT account. Motion to approve by Abby, seconded by Shelly. All ayes. Motion carried. Catalis: Linda did not have an update at this time as she is waiting to hear back regarding enhancement requests and page uniformity requests. DOT Modernization: No update on DOT modernization at this time. A meeting is scheduled for November 19, 2025 with a select group of Iowa Treasurers and the Iowa DOT. Update ICTEA Hotel & Meal Policy for WPG: Discussion was postponed due to time constraints and will be addressed at the next Board meeting.
