Treasurer’s Report: The ending balance as of October 14, 2025, was $1,170,109.87, which includes the IPAIT account. Motion to approve by Abby, seconded by Shelly. All ayes. Motion carried. Anderson & Co., P.C., 5,500.00 7063, The Mapleton Press, 88.03 EFT Debits and Transfers: Catalis, Monthly Payment, 53,837.00 Deposits and Transfers: Interest, Adjustment, 0.01 Interest, Merch Acct, 592.91 Interest, Adjustment, 2.92 Interest, Clearing Account, 96,977.99 Merchant Services: Shem’s update from the October 1, 2025, board meeting regarding the adjustment in reporting deadlines was unsuccessful, and the reconciliation issue remains unresolved. No further information or communication has been received from Shem since that meeting. Additionally, the API connection error that occurred on September 26, 2025, affected 28 motor vehicle transactions across 19 counties. This error resulted in no collection of funds for completed transactions, requiring Treasurers in the affected counties to contact customers directly and recollect the funds. This outcome differs significantly from the initial understanding that the issue was limited to reporting only. To date, no further explanation or follow-up information has been provided by the vendor. Discussion ensued regarding how long we plan to continue business with this vendor given the frequency and severity of ongoing issues. Catalis: The board received notification that Chris Sampson resigned from his position within Catalis and no replacement contact has been announced. DOT Modernization: No update. Leadership – Enhancements: Board members reported no additional enhancements have been received, bringing the total number of enhancement requests to three for submission to the Web Policy Group.
