Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, October 1, 2025, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Linda Manwarren, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, Ted Rasmusson, and Guest Shem Slater Minutes from September 17, 2025 Board Meeting was approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Beth, all ayes. Treasurer’s Report: There is an ending balance on September 30, 2025, of $1,131,961.07 which includes the IPAIT account. Approved with a motion by Abby, second by Shelly, all ayes. Checks Written: 7061, The Mapleton Press, 118.42 EFT Debits and Transfers: Deposits and Transfers: CoreLogic, Escrow Payment, 59,865.90 CoreLogic, Escrow Payment, 64.50 Interest, Operating Acct, 214.21 Merchant Services: Shem was able to address an API connection error on September 26, 2025 for 61 minutes. The API connection error caused some reporting concerns as well as one transaction that was processed without card information. The funds associated with the affected transactions flowed correctly through the appropriate channels; it was only the report that was impacted. Shem will update the board when he receives the explanation. Additionally, Shem was able to provide an update in regards to the ongoing reporting concerns. He believes the end is near and reporting deadlines have been adjusted to aid in successful reconciliation. Updates to come with the recent changes made Oct 1. Catalis: No update DOT Modernization: Anticipating Iowa DOGE to release their recommendations for further discussion. Leadership: Review of possible enhancements to bring to web policy.
