Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, September 17, 2025, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Linda Manwarren, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, and Ted Rasmusson Minutes from September 3, 2025 Board Meeting was approved with a motion by Beth, second by Abby, all ayes. Treasurer’s Report: There is an ending balance on September 16, 2025, of $1,069,200.31 which includes the IPAIT account. Approved with a motion by Abby, second by Shelly, all ayes. Checks Written: EFT Debits and Transfers: Analysis Charge, 176.99 Deposits and Transfers: Transfer, August Merch Fees, 38,797.38 Merchant Services: Continued discussion about the lack of report quality used for reconciliation that is being received from NMI. Catalis: The specific county page uniformity is still ongoing. Review of new fonts added and discussion of page icons. Proposed Future Web Enhancements with the hope of implementation by June 30, 2025: Add fields for valuation for current tax year and future tax year for scheduled pmts. - 8 estimated hours –waiting on information from Solutions and Tyler software vendors. Add a Vendor/Partner tab on website – 20 estimated hours Enhance reporting criteria for escrow companies for specific parcels – TBD- Would need information from Solutions and Tyler Enhance the Library/Knowledge documents to have “preview document” instead of “download” to prevent unnecessary files accumulating on the PCs download folder taking up unnecessary space. – 5 estimated hours — Note from Chris for pdfs we can make them show in a tab (which he has done), for other types they have to be downloaded. Develop a survey link (like Survey Monkey) – 120 estimated hours – In Test Mode 7/9/2025 DOT Modernization: Discussed goals and objectives when meeting with MVD360 team. Leadership: Set meeting times for Treasurer October Leadership conference in Hampton, IA.
