Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, August 19, 2025, 4:30 PM – Community Choice Credit Union Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Linda Manwarren, Shelly Sitzmann, and Ted Rasmusson Minutes from August 6, 2025 Board Meeting was approved with a motion by Ted, second by Beth, all ayes. Treasurer’s Report: There is an ending balance on August 18, 2025, of $1,365135.04 which includes the IPAIT account. Approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Abby, all ayes. Checks Written: 7059, The Mapleton Press, 67.07 EFT Debits and Transfers: Analysis Charge, 166.43 Deposits and Transfers: Merchant Services: No update Interest Distribution: Shelly continues to work on interest distribution and will get done by end of month. Catalis: The specific county page uniformity is still ongoing. Chris was able to add more fonts to the website for customization. Proposed Future Web Enhancements with the hope of implementation by June 30, 2025: 1. Add fields for valuation for current tax year and future tax year for scheduled pmts. - 8 estimated hours –waiting on information from Solutions and Tyler software vendors. 2. Add a Vendor/Partner tab on website – 20 estimated hours 3. Enhance reporting criteria for escrow companies for specific parcels – TBD- Would need information from Solutions and Tyler 4. hEnhance the Library/Knowledge documents to have “preview document” instead of “download” to prevent unnecessary files accumulating on the PCs download folder taking up unnecessary space. – 5 estimated hours — Note from Chris for pdfs we can make them show in a tab (which he has done), for other types they have to be downloaded. Develop a survey link (like Survey Monkey) – 120 estimated hours – In Test Mode 7/9/2025 DOT Modernization: No update Membership Agenda: Reviewed presentation and who will be speaking when.
