Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Wednesday, August 6, 2025, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Abby Riesberg, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, Linda Manwarren, Anita Tracy, Shem Slater Minutes from July 23, 2025 Board Meeting was approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Beth, all ayes. Treasurer’s Report: There is an ending balance on August 6, 2025, of $1,336,368.54 which includes the IPAIT account. Approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Amy, all ayes.  Checks Written: 7057, Shely Sitzmann, hotel reimbursement, $89.60 7058, Mapleton Press, published minutes, $139.37 EFT Debits and Transfers: Credit card machines: $849.98 Service fee reimbursements: $2.52 Catalis: $53,837.00 Deposits and Transfers: June merchant fees: $30,700.41 Interest adjustments: $0.03 Interest Merchant: $491.02 Interest Clearing: $890.91 Merchant Services: Shem gave an explanation as to why the two service fee snafus occurred in Dallas & Winnebago. An update that Ingenico did for a security flaw happened at the same time the transactions happened, and it affected the service fee. We will be getting reimbursed. Interest Distribution: Discussion of upcoming interest distribution to the Counties. Shelly will have distributed before ISAC. Calendar Access on the website : Discussion of granting access to the calendar on our website. Determined the calendar is on the ICTEA google drive and Mark Myers will make the changes or updates the ISCTA board requests. Catalis: The specific county page uniformity is still ongoing. Shelly attempted to edit the test page, but there is limited ability for design changes, fonts, etc. Linda will talk to Chris about that. Proposed Future Web Enhancements with the hope of implementation by June 30, 2025: 1. Add fields for valuation for current tax year and future tax year for scheduled pmts. - 8 estimated hours –waiting on information from Solutions and Tyler software vendors. 2. Find a solution to prevent out-of-order payment. Example: previous year taxes are delinquent, but taxpayers pay the current year before the previous year. – 12 estimated hours – pulled enhancement back to adjust enhancement as causing issue for taxpayer when paying special assessments, 8-7-24. 3. Add a Vendor/Partner tab on website – 20 estimated hours Enhance reporting criteria for escrow companies for specific parcels – TBD- Would need information from Solutions and Tyler 4. Enhance the Library/Knowledge documents to have “preview document” instead of “download” to prevent unnecessary files accumulating on the PCs download folder taking up unnecessary space. – 5 estimated hours — Note from Chris for pdfs we can make them show in a tab (which he has done), for other types they have to be downloaded. 5. Develop a survey link (like Survey Monkey) – 120 estimated hours – In Test Mode 7/9/2025 DOT Modernization: Ted mentioned the next MVD360 meeting with core treasurer members will be in November.
