Treasurer’s Report: There is an ending balance on November 26, 2024 of $1,355,381.26 which includes IPAIT account. Approved with a motion by Mark, second by Amy , all ayes. P.C., 2,226.80 7022, The Mapleton Press, 51.81 EFT Debits and Transfers: Analysis Charge, 168.58 Transfer to Merch Acct., Oct. Merch Fees (deficit), 50,546.40 Deposits and Transfers: Lereta, Escrow Payment, 14,399.10 Merchant Services: Linda ordered Dallas County Treasurer four new credit card machines. Linda and Beth are working on getting a report from Chris to provide Lereta the parcels they sent payment for that already had payment applied by the taxpayer. This report will help guide the representative from Lereta where to direct the funds from ICTEA check 7016. RFP: Mark updated board members that Jefferson County Attorney reviewed the RFP second draft and provided a couple items to consider. Annual Audit: T.P. Anderson & Company provided the final 2023 fiscal year audit. Discussion held on recommendations from T.P. Anderson & Company. NMI: Discussion of NMI reporting cutoff date for service fees. Future needs from NMI is a schedule of service fees going forward and research on past last day of the month activity in regards to reporting service fees. Catalis: No update from Linda. Proposed Future Web Enhancements: Add fields for valuation for current tax year and future tax year for scheduled pmts. - 8 estimated hours – waiting on info. from Solutions and Tyler Find solution to prevent out-of-order payment. Example: previous year taxes are delinquent, but taxpayer pays current year before previous year. – 12 estimated hours – pulled enhancement back to adjust enhancement as causing issue for taxpayer when paying special assessments, 8-7-24.
