Iowa County Treasurer’s E-Government Alliance Board of Directors Meeting Minutes Tuesday, April 14, 2026, 9:30 AM – Microsoft Teams Present: Abby Riesberg, Amy Johnson, Beth Gerlach, Mark Myers, Shelly Sitzmann, and Ted Rasmusson Minutes from April 1, 2026, Board Meeting were approved with a motion by Shelly, second by Ted, all ayes. Catalis: Renee Valk (VP of Catalis Operations), Amber Mayne (Catalis Director of Customer Support), Daivik Parmar (Catalis Customer Support Specialist), and Linda Manwarren (Catalis Consultant), were available to discuss management of chargebacks, WCAG, enhancement requests updates, and bank fee reimbursement from duplicate tax payments. There was no explanation of what caused scheduled payments to fail on March 31st. Treasurer’s Report: The ending balance as of April 13, 2026, was $1,215,245.78, which includes the IPAIT account. Motion to approve by Abby, seconded by Shelly. All ayes. Motion carried. Catalis/GTS – Contract: Discussion was held regarding renewing the agreement with Catalis. RFP Questions: The RFP was posted to the ISAC county website on March 24, 2025, no further update. Reviewed questions sent to the Board and will post Q&A with the RFP posting.
