Treasurer’s Report: There is an ending balance on October 28, 2024 of $1,449,857.78 which includes IPAIT account. Approved with a motion by Mark, second by Amy, all ayes. Checks Written: EFT Debits and Transfers: Analyst Charge; 159.28 PMA Asset Mgt LLC, 3rd Qtr 2024; 12,499.52 FNBO-Credit Card, Web Policy member rooms; 972.88 Transfer, Merch Acct – Lee Co card machine; 424.99 Deposits and Transfers: Zillow, Escrow Pymt; 8,800.00 Transfer, Sept Merch Fees; 188,400.73 Transfer, Escrow Pymt from FY23; 10,436.60 Merchant Services: Discussion of quantity of replacement machines distributed. RFP: Mark stated Brenda Noteboom is the Chair for the ICTEA RFP Committee and the next meeting is on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Discussion about legal review of RFP once drafted. Annual Audit: Joe Pena, CPA with T.P. Anderson & Company, advised future treasurer reports to end on June 30 for auditing purposes. Catalis: No update from Linda. Marc stated he was able to provide data for Shelly, ICTEA Fee Committee Chair. Abby reviewed the Web Policy meeting enhancements that were proposed at the October 17 Web Policy meeting. Proposed Future Web Enhancements: Add fields for valuation for current tax year and future tax year for scheduled pmts. - 8 estimated hours – waiting on info. from Solutions and Tyler Find solution to prevent out-of-order payment. Example: previous year taxes are delinquent, but taxpayer pays current year before previous year. – 12 estimated hours – pulled enhancement back to adjust enhancement as causing issue for taxpayer when paying special assessments, 8-7-24. Add a Vendor/Partner tab on website - TBD Automatic treasurer duties calendar reminders emailed – TBD Story Planning & Zoning: Mark stated the processor that Story County Planning & Zoning was using (Citizens Serve) is changing to NMI gateway resulting in the Merchant IDs, MIDs, changing.
