Treasurer’s Report: There is an ending balance on October 14, 2024 of $1,256,277.12 which includes IPAIT account. Approved with a motion by Abby, second by Amy, all ayes. Marc is going to communicate with Shelly Sitzman, Service Fee Committee Chair, to discuss service fees and collect data to share with Service Fee Committee. RFP: Discussion on RPF process and involvement of ICTEA Board and RPF Committee. Annual Audit: Joe Pena, CPA with T.P. Anderson & Company, has started the annual audit process for fiscal year 2024. Catalis: Marc stated he was still waiting for more information for the reason for the lag on the website on September 30, 2024. Catalis was able to restart the website two times to resolve the issue taxpayers were experiencing which took less than 20 minutes. Proposed Future Web Enhancements: Add fields for valuation for current tax year and future tax year for scheduled pmts. - 8 estimated hours – waiting on info. from Solutions and Tyler Find solution to prevent out-of-order payment. Example: previous year taxes are delinquent, but taxpayer pays current year before previous year. – 12 estimated hours – pulled enhancement back to adjust enhancement as causing issue for taxpayer when paying special assessments, 8-7-24.
