City of Ute SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING FOR TAX LEVY March 31, 2025 – City Hall 6:00pm – Monday The Ute City Council met with Mayor Henschen in special, open session for the Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY26 Public Hearing on Monday, March 31 at 6pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall with the following council members present: Jimmy Carlson, Josh Gotto, Matt Leitz, Ryan Pithan. Absent: Sue Kelm. Also Present: City Clerk Megan Peitsch, Public Works Superintendent Lonnie Carlson The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor Henschen. Motion by Gotto/Pithan to approve the agenda. All Ayes. MC Mayor Henschen declared this the time and place for the public hearing on the Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY26 and opened the public hearing at 6:00pm. No written correspondence or verbal comments had been received. The Public Hearing was left open for 10 minutes to allow for members of the public to be able to arrive to the meeting. No comments were made and no public was in attendance. Motion by JCarlson/Gotto to close the public hearing. All Ayes. MC Upon which, Mayor Henschen closed the public hearing at 6:10pm.
