City of Ute Special Council Meeting Tuesday, July 28, 2026 – City Hall 6:00pm The Ute City Council met with Mayor Henschen in special, open session on Tuesday July 28, 2026 at 6pm in the Council Chambers with the following Council Members present: Jimmy Carlson, Josh Gotto, Sue Kelm. Absent: Ryan Pithan, Matt Leitz. City Staff Present: City Clerk Megan Peitsch. The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor Henschen. Motion by Gotto/Kelm to approve the agenda. All Ayes. MC Motion by Kelm/JCarlson to waive payment for Elected Officials for this special meeting. All Ayes. MC Motion by JCarlson/Gotto to approve the Ute Community Club Special Calss “C” Retail Alcohol License (BW) for Ute Fun Days. All Ayes. MC Motion by Gotto/Kelm to adjourn at 6:02pm. All Ayes.
