City of Ute Special Council Meeting March 26, 2026 – City Hall 6:15pm – Thursday The Ute City Council met with Mayor Henschen in special, open session on Thursday, March 26 at 6:15pm in the Council Chambers, City Hall with the following council members present: Josh Gotto, Matt Leitz, Ryan Pithan. Absent: Jimmy Carlson, Sue Kelm. Also Present: City Clerk Megan Peitsch The meeting was called to order at 6:15pm by Mayor Henschen. Motion by Leitz/Pithan to approve the agenda. All Ayes. MC Discussion was held on the FY2027 budget for publication. Motion by Pithan/Gotto to set the Fiscal Year 2007 Budget Adoption Public Hearing for Monday April 13, 2026 at 6pm in the Ut Council Chambers, City Hall and order to publish notice. All Ayes. MC Motion by Leitz/Pithan to approve the resolution determining the necessity and fixing a date for a public hearing on the matter of the adoption of a proposed City-Wide Revitalization Plan for May 4, 2026 at 6pm at City Hall.
