CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING February 11, 2026 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Amunson, Hadden, Klinker, McAndrews, Weed and Superintendent Eggeling present. Secretary Carstens was absent. President McAndrews called the meeting to order 5:00 p.m. It was moved by Hadden, seconded by Klinker to approve the agenda for Regular Meeting. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to approve the consent items as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried. • Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting on January 14, 2026 • Approval of the Minutes of the Joint Board Meeting on January 14, 2026 • Approval of the Amended Minutes of the Regular Meeting on December 10, 2025 • Fundraising Approvals • All Financial Reports • Invoices for Payment Superintendent Eggeling discussed 26-27 budget, PTO omlet breakfast, teacher/staff needs, Medicaid, negotiations and high jump mat. It was moved by Amunson, seconded by Hadden to approve the purchase of freezer and installation by L&L Services for the cost of $135,000.00. Ayes all. Motion carried It was moved by Weed, seconded by Klinker to approve the Jessi Jepsen resignation. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Hadden , seconded by Amunson to approve the 2026-2027 School Calendar as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Hadden, seconded by Klinker to approve the Budget Guarantee Resolution. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Hadden to approve the Sam’s Club Membership presented to board. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Hadden to change the date for the March meeting to March 25, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. The board discussed future agenda items: freezer updates, basketball hoops, budget, negotiations and cameras north side of gym. There being no further business it was moved by Amunson, seconded by Klinker to adjourn the meeting at 6:17 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried.
