CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS BOARD OF DIRECTORS JOINT MEETING JANUARY 14, 2026 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community School and Maple Valley- Anthon Oto Community Schools met on the above date in the Charter Oak- Ute Center in Charter Oak. The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute Community Schools present was Adam Hadden, Jill Klinker, Tanner Weed, Melanie McAndrews, Greg Amunson, Superintendent Adam Eggeling and Secretary Cathy Carstens. The Board of Directors of the Maple Valley-Anthon Oto Community School present was Dale Wimmer, Jana Hamann, Laurie Streck, Rob Paulsen, Jennifer Kinsey and Superintendent Jeff Thelander. The meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. The board discussed the current whole grade sharing arrangement, future plans , sharing opportunities, and activities for kids to get to know each other from both districts through FFA/Band and other activities. There being no further business it was moved by Hadden, seconded by Amunson to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 p.m. President Wimmer adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m. Secretary Carstens MP1-22-26
