CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL SPECIAL MEETING MAY 23, 2025 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Weed, Amunson, Hadden (per phone), McAndrews (per phone), Superintendent Eggeling and Secretary Carstens present. Director Klinker was absent. President McAndrews called the special meeting to order at 12:01 p.m. It was moved by Eggeling, seconded by Weed to approve the special meeting agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Amunson to approve the 28E Agreement with NWAEA for Agreement for 2025-2026 school year. Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business it was moved by Weed, seconded by Amunson to adjourn the meeting at 12:17 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Secretary Carstens MP5-29-25
