CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED TAX NOTICE MARCH 25,2026 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Director Hadden, McAndrews, Klinker, Weed, Superintendent Eggeling and Secretary Carstens were present. Director Amunson was absent. Also present Justin Ingram, Elaine Vogt, Pam Kunze and Letha Goslar. President McAndrews called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Hadden to approve the proposed tax notice agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. The visitors had questions for the board and administration about the factors that make up the proposed tax rate. There being no further business it was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to adjourn the public hearing for proposed tax notice at 5:31 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Secretary Carstens MP4-2-26
