CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BUDGET AMENDMENT HEARING MAY 23, 2025 The Board of directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Weed, Amunson, Hadden (per phone), McAndrews (per phone), Superintendent Eggeling and Secretary Carstens present. Director Klinker was absent. President McAndrews called the budget amendment hearing to order at 12:00 p.m. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Hadden to approve the Budget Amendment Hearing Agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Amunson, seconded by Weed to adopt the 2024-2025 Amended Budget as published. Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business it was moved by Hadden, seconded by Amunson to adjourn the meeting at 12:31 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Secretary Carstens MP5-29-25
