CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 18, 2026 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors McAndrews, Hadden, Amunson, Weed and Superintendent Eggeling present. Director Klinker and Secretary Carstens absent. President McAndrews called the special meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. It was moved by Hadden, seconded by Amunson to approve the special meeting agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Hadden, seconded by Weed to waive the first reading and consider this the second reading and approve the board policies 104 and 506.1. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Hadden, seconded by Amunson to approve the first reading of board policies 102.E1, 501.09, 501.09-R(1), 503.09 and 503-09-R(1). Ayes all. Motion carried. There being no further business it was moved by Weed, seconded by Amunson to adjourn the meeting at 5:08 p.m. Ayes all. Motion Carried. Superintendent Eggeling MP3-26-26
