CHARTER OAK-UTE COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL MEETING - APRIL 9, 2026 The Board of Directors of the Charter Oak-Ute School met on the above date in the Charter Oak Center with Directors Klinker, McAndrews, Weed, Amunson (by phone), Hadden (by phone) and Superintendent Eggeling present. Secretary Carstens absent. President McAndrews called the special meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to approve the special meeting agenda. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to approve the teacher association and negotiation team settlement. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Klinker to approve the master contract for the 2026-2027 school year. Ayes all. Motion carried. It was moved by Weed, seconded by Amunson to approve issuing teacher contracts for 2026-2027 school year. Ayes all. Motion carried. The board discussed and tabled the nurse room restroom renovation. There being no further business it was moved by Klinker, seconded by Weed to adjourn the meeting at 5:22 p.m. Ayes all. Motion carried. Superintendent Eggeling MP4-16-26
